About Me

I have been working with flowers since I was a teenager, when my first job was in a local flower shop.  While there I received a

great education and love of flowers.  Throughout my high school and college years I studied art and design and computer graphics.

I constantly had a pencil in my hand, and knew that I had to do something creative in my life.  I continued to design flowers

for friends and family, and got hooked on doing weddings when my good friend Margaret asked me to do hers.

It was a huge undertaking, but I loved doing it.

I am thrilled that I can do design work now from my home.  Working from my home keeps me close to my husband and three kids. 

They are why I do what I do.    When I'm not designing flowers, I am usually outside enjoying my neighborhood, shopping, 

concocting some kind of craft, or culinary masterpiece,  (Yes, I am a wanna-be chef too-Love those foodie cable programs.), 

or making messes with the kids.  A good latte with a friend is always at the top of my list as well. 

I am also involved with the theater team and other ministries at my church.

I love that I can give my creativity away and be a part of so many special events.  The hard work and late nights are worth it when I hear a client say their flowers were exactly what they wanted.
